Are AI PCs Better for Multitasking and Productivity?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to start a discussion around the new wave of computers that claim to be optimized for smarter performance and heavier workloads. Many of us run multiple apps at the same time, browsers with dozens of tabs, messaging tools, design software, spreadsheets, and background sync services. Traditionally, this kind of multitasking could slow systems down or drain batteries quickly, so I’m wondering how much real-world improvement people are seeing with newer hardware.

In particular, the idea of an AI PC is being pushed as a productivity booster, thanks to on-device AI acceleration, smarter task scheduling, and better background process management. Features like real-time noise reduction, auto-framing for calls, and predictive performance tuning sound useful, but do they make daily work smoother? I’d love to hear your experiences has multitasking become easier, or does it still feel the same as before?
