Baldur's Gate 3 Patch 7: The Final Major Update!

Hey everyone,

Big news for Baldur's Gate 3 fans! Larian's CEO, Swen Vincke, confirmed that Patch 7 will be the final major update. This patch will make it easier for players to mod their saves, essentially handing the game over to us.

After Patch 7, expect fewer updates, mostly just critical bug fixes. The patch is set to launch in September, so we've got some time. Larian is moving on to new projects after this, so let's enjoy this last big update.
 
Wow, that's bittersweet news! I'm excited for the new modding possibilities with Patch 7, but it's sad to see major updates coming to an end. Larian did an amazing job with Baldur's Gate 3, and I can't wait to see what they cook up next!
 
Thanks for the update! It's awesome that they're making it easier for us to mod the game. Gonna miss the big updates, but I guess all good things come to an end.
