Best AIO for Cooling an i9-13900KF: 360mm or 420mm?

Hey everyone, I’m looking to cool my Core i9-13900KF and trying to decide between a 360mm or 420mm AIO. Which one do you guys think is the better choice?

A 360mm should be fine for 13900kf if ur case is good enough, look into liquid freezer III

Why do you need a 420mm AIO? I mean the 13900KF runs hot indeed but a 360mm is enough no?

H150i for 360mm and H170i for 420mm, used both, they are very good
