Bethesda Won't Rush Fallout 5 Despite TV Show Hype

Hey everyone,

Todd Howard just confirmed that Bethesda isn't rushing Fallout 5 or any other sequel to jump on the TV show hype. In an interview with MrMattyPlays, Howard said their focus is on keeping Fallout relevant, mainly through Fallout 76 updates.

Personally, I was kinda excited after the success of the show but I guess we'll have to wait a bit.
 
Thanks for the update! I was hoping for a new Fallout game too, but it's good to know they aren't rushing it. I guess I'll have to keep exploring Fallout 76 for now. Here's to hoping the wait means an even better Fallout 5 when it does come out!
 
I was really looking forward to a new game, especially after the show's success. But I get it, quality over quantity. Let's hope the Fallout 76 updates keep things fresh in the meantime.
