Can't Delete a Ghost Folder on Windows 11

Hey folks, need some help here. I'm running Windows 11 22H2 V. 22621.3296. When I use the Everything app to search, I find a folder that I can't delete. It says, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file." I can't find this folder any other way, so I think it's a ghost folder hiding somewhere on my PC.

Anyone know how I can get rid of this?

Thanks!

Did you check the folder properties to see if it’s hidden or system-protected? You might need to change the folder’s attributes before you can delete it.
