While FSR 4 was promoted as a feature limited to RDNA 4 GPUs, the leaked files have revealed that it also runs on Radeon RX 7000 (RDNA 3) graphics cards. Surprisingly, it doesn't stop there; support has also been found for RDNA 2 GPUs (the RX 6000 series) and even NVIDIA's RTX 30 series.
