The fact that the case was dismissed with prejudice says a lot. Microsoft definitely didn't want this lawsuit hanging over their heads, especially with the whole Game Pass and COD integration. I'm curious to see how this deal will impact gamers in the long run.

Well, it looks like the lawsuit is finally settled. I wonder what the terms of the settlement are, though. It's interesting that they haven't disclosed any details. Hopefully, this means smoother sailing for Microsoft and Activision moving forward.

I'm glad this lawsuit is over, but it still leaves a lot of questions unanswered. What did Microsoft have to give up to settle this? And will this affect future releases on platforms outside of Xbox? Guess we'll have to wait and see.

It's a relief that Microsoft settled this, but I can't help but wonder if we'll see price hikes on Game Pass now that they've got all these major titles like Call of Duty under their belt. Hopefully, they don't turn this into a cash grab for gamers.
