As part of the next generation plans, Sony is reported to be working on a PlayStation handheld to compete against the ROG Xbox Ally and Nintendo Switch 2. A new leak has also highlighted this handheld's potential specifications, revealing an interesting power dynamic between the handheld and its competitors. According to an insider, the PlayStation handheld will be half as capable as the current-generation PS5.
