Good to know! The assumptions make sense, though, with the rise of narrative-driven RPGs like Dragon Age. Sweet Baby’s style would’ve been a solid match, but The Veilguard team probably wanted to keep their unique storytelling vibe.
 
It’s interesting how Sweet Baby’s name got tied up in this. I think it shows the influence they’ve built in game storytelling. But I’m still looking forward to seeing what Bioware does with The Veilguard—hopefully, they’ll deliver on the character depth.
 
The Sweet Baby rumor seems like wishful thinking from fans who love their narrative style. It’s understandable—who wouldn’t want their expertise on a Dragon Age project?
