God of War’s last mainline entry launched all the way back in 2022, but with the reveal of the God of War trilogy remakes, the series has had a few exciting moments since then. Rumors also pointed to a new mainline title featuring Faye from the Norse saga, and sure enough, PlayStation has not disappointed with its latest State of Play. God of War Laufey has now been officially announced.
