[Disucssion] Red Dead Redemption PC Version So Far Looks Better Than The PS5 Version

A video comparison by Cyrus1 has revealed that the Red Dead Redemption PC version has some visual upgrades over the PS5 version. The difference in the draw distance, shadows, and lighting seems very clear. While in some areas, the PS5 version looks better, overall, the PC version has better visuals. Despite the improvements, the $50 price is still unjustified.

Honestly, I don't care if the PC version looks slightly better than the PS5 one. I'm more upset about that $50 price tag. At this point, Rockstar should be offering this game at a discount, not trying to squeeze more money out of players.
 
Not surprised the PC version of Red Dead Redemption looks better than PS5. It's always going to have the advantage with higher settings, but yeah, $50 still feels way too steep for a game this old, even with the upgrades.
 
The visual upgrades are nice, but is it really enough to justify that $50 price tag? I'd expect a full remaster for that price, not just a few tweaks in shadows and lighting. Still, PC players will love pushing the graphics to the max.
 
PC players always get the better end of the deal when it comes to visuals. The draw distance alone is enough to make me want to try this on my rig, but I agree with others—the price feels off for what's essentially the same game.
