According to Extas1s, studio Playground Games is facing technical issues with the game’s development. While previously they’ve only worked on racing games, Fable is the first game outside of their expertise.
The early version of the game “was not very exciting,” and the developers are reworking many of the features. Moreover, the entire progression system is also being revised, which will take additional time.
According to the insider, the game is already entertaining, but they want to take it to the “next level,” seeing how studio Playground Games is ambitious about the project.
