Solved guy says he installed 2tb of storage but i can only see 1tb

I recently had my PC built, and the guy told me he installed 2 terabytes of storage. However, I only see one hard drive in Disk Management. Does this mean it was installed incorrectly? How can I fix this?

He probably didn't install it correctly. Open up ur PC and check the M.2 slots, there should be two SSDs installed. If not, also check the SATA connections, maybe you'll find the drive there.

If you can only spot a single SSD, it means the guy probably scammed you or misinformed you.

To determine if there's an unrecognized second drive in your computer, you'll need to remove both side panels of the case. Check for an additional HDD or SSD, or inspect the motherboard for a second M.2 SSD.
