Help! My Dell Inspiron Is Slowing Down

Hey everyone, looking for some advice. Over the last week, my Dell Inspiron has been lagging and slowing down, especially during boot-ups. Here are my specs:

• Device: Dell Inspiron 7000
• Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
• Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
• System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
• OS: Windows 11 Pro, Version 22H2, OS build 22621.3007

Any tips on how to speed it back up?

Try reducing the number of background apps running. Too many can bog down your system.

Running a disk cleanup to remove temporary files and other junk might help improve performance.
