I run my PC for 24 hours but the electricity charges is going crazy

My powerful PC (10th Gen i9, RTX 3090) is heating up my room! I run some programs all the time and think they're using way more power than I expected. I've read that a gaming PC usually only adds $20-30 a month to the electricity bill, even if used 24/7. But my bill just shot up by $200! Is this a mistake, or is something else in my house using all this extra energy? Any ideas on what else could be causing this spike?

Get a watt measuring meter to check how much wattage your build is consuming. Log the wattage of an entire day, then multiply by 30 days. Then you can calculate the price and check if the jump in bill is right or not
