Solved Laptop's keyboard not responding

My laptop’s keyboard suddenly stopped working. None of the keys respond when I press them, but the touchpad works fine. I’ve tried restarting the laptop and even connecting an external keyboard, which works perfectly. This is a major problem for me since I need to type a lot for my job.

Check for physical damage or debris under keys.

probably your keyboard is ripped, but try reinstalling the keyboard drivers

if the external keyboard is working, it is possible that this is an hardware issue, if ure lucky, probably the keyboard's ribbon connector is disconnected

watch a yt video and take it apart, otherwise take it to the service center
