My PC Is Giving Me A Shock All Of A Sudden

Hello everyone,
I used to be a laptop guy and just got my first PC (An iBUYPOWER prebuilt from Amazon). Well, it is literally giving me a shock every time I touch it? wtf? Every time I touch the case or any connected peripherals, I feel a mild electric shock. I'm not sure what might be causing it.

In most cases, a mild electric shock just by touching your casing or other metallic peripherals (keyboard mostly) is due to lack of grounding. Try these:
  1. Plug your PC into a properly grounded electrical outlet (the one with three prongs: hot, neutral, and ground).
  2. Your PC's power supply unit (PSU) should have a three-prong power cord.
  3. Use metal standoffs and tighten all motherboard screws.
  4. Attach a grounding wire to a metal part of the case and connect it to a known ground (like a grounded metal water pipe or a grounding rod).
  5. Get an electrician to test and verify if your home’s electrical system is grounded correctly.
