Need for Speed High Stakes Remake Looks Sick

Just stumbled across this awesome fan remake of Need for Speed: High Stakes by an indie dev called QuantumRez. They’ve been working on it for a year using Unreal Engine 5, and it looks incredible! The Snowy Ridge track is a perfect recreation.

Kinda sucks that it probably won’t be released because of EA’s lawyers, but it’s so cool seeing old classics getting some love.
 
Need for Speed: High Stakes was one of my favorites back in the day. It's great to see fans putting in the effort to bring these classics back to life. Too bad about the legal issues, though.
 
Unreal Engine 5 makes everything look stunning. I loved the Snowy Ridge track and just watching the remake brought back so many memories.
