Hi, I'm getting a Netflix Code NW-2-5 error and can't stream anything. My internet seems to be working fine for other services. I've tried restarting my router and device, but the issue persists. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?
Make sure your device is connected to the internet. If you’re on Wi-Fi, try moving closer to your router or connecting directly with an Ethernet cable.
