Okay, this is pretty wild—Overwatch 2 is doing a crossover with World of Warcraft! Players will be able to rep either the Horde or the Alliance. As a long-time WoW fan, I think this crossover could bring some fresh excitement to Overwatch 2, which honestly could use some hype. The idea of mixing the two worlds sounds fun, but I’m curious how deep this will go. Will we just get skins, or could there be game modes tied into WoW lore? Anyone else looking forward to this or think it's a gimmick?

This could be one of the better crossovers if Blizzard plays their cards right. I mean, World of Warcraft’s factions have such a huge following, and letting players pick sides in Overwatch adds an extra layer of fun. I’d love to see faction-specific events where Horde and Alliance players actually compete in some way. But knowing Blizzard, I’m a little worried it will end up being just skins and voice lines. They need to go all out if they want to make this memorable and give fans of both games something worth sticking around for. Fingers crossed it delivers!
