What would be a better choice for 7800x3d - 4080S or 4090

Hey guys i urgently need to get a new GPU to pair my 7800x3d with. I dont care about 4K performance I only play with 1440p (but maxed settings, full Ray Tracing).

I cant wait around for 50 series to come out, so I need to get a new card asap. I wont upgrade after this for at least the next 3-4 years.
 
The 4080 Super is fine as long as you dont care about 4K gaming, but I would recommend the 4090 if you really want future proofing.
 
Consider going for the 4070 Ti Super! It’s a great way to save some money while enjoying smooth 1440p gaming. After a year, you can easily upgrade to the 5080 for even better performance. I’ve been using the 4070 Ti Super myself, and gaming at 1440p has been fantastic. Next year, I’m planning to move up to the 5080 as well. My CPU? A 7800X3D—it pairs perfectly with this setup!.
 
I would suggest going easy with any card that can get you to 1440p right now, and once 50 series is here, you can go bonkers and be future proof. Of course, if you really want the best of right now, theres nothign better than the 4090.
