Assassin's Creed Black Flag is easily Ubisoft's most beloved AAA release in the past few years. This remake has already sold 2 million units at launch, setting a strong bar for upcoming Assassin's Creed entries to meet. At the time of writing, it's become known that Ubisoft has made millions of dollars from selling microtransactions in the remake, but sources suggest the game has also outsold Assassin's Creed Shadows by more than two times already.
