Nvidia has launched DLSS 5 for all to try, and the neural rendering technology has led to very interesting results so far. Due to how different its output can sometimes be and the performance costs associated with DLSS 5, some feel that the technology shows that Nvidia has lost track of what DLSS was originally meant to be. However, others have also admitted to liking its output. In particular, the technology can provide a huge visual uplift in older titles akin to a free remaster for said games.
