The era of Xbox exclusives seems to be over. With major titles like Doom: The Dark Ages launching on the PS5 from the beginning, Microsoft seems all but certain to release every game from its studios on rival consoles. The gaming giant has still pointed to a case-by-case approach for exclusives, but an insider says the actual approach will be different. As per his sources, Xbox will only launch exclusives if it faces challenges with a multiplatform release initially.
