Following Phil Spencer's retirement in February, Asha Sharma has officially been the CEO of Xbox for over two months now. While many were initially doubtful of the new Xbox CEO, she has shown herself to be quite enthusiastic about making changes within the Xbox division, with some of these even going against the business' core vision from recent years. As it turns out, many fans have taken a liking to Asha Sharma as the Xbox CEO, even going as far as to say she is doing better than Phil Spencer.
