Lords of the Fallen launched in 2023 and joined the many Souls-likes of that year. The game was a major step up from its predecessor, and it even earned the studio plenty of financial success. Two years later, the Souls-like is still being updated with new content. In fact, the team claims that it has been carrying the torch for the genre over the last two years.
