FSR 4 has been a much-welcome addition to AMD's PC gaming offerings this year. Built on the foundations of machine learning, the new upscaling technology surpasses both DLSS 3 and PSSR. This was surprising, especially considering PlayStation's intentions to position PSSR as the biggest selling point of the PS5 Pro. Following some disappointment over the PS5 Pro's in-house upscaler, Sony has finally shared an update. As per the console's lead architect, the PS5 Pro will receive FSR 4 support next year.
