Following immense disappointment last week, Sony's closure of Bluepoint Games has only now begun to set in. Many still believe this closure is a huge missed opportunity due to the current demand for remakes in the industry. In fact, a report suggests that Bluepoint Games intended to make a remake for Sony not too long ago. The studio even pitched two remakes to Sony, both of which were rejected.
